Experimental Plant is a master link in research - design - production chain. It was opened in 1986 as manufacturing facility within TNGG structure. Product fabrication is one of the most agile systems in the Company's operation line.
Coordinated action of researchers, engineers, designers of Special Design Bureau (SDB) and Experimental Plant brings in unconventional solutions, directed to improvement of the products' consumer appeal while keeping optimal prices
All products are duly certified and furnished with appropriate application permits.
In 2008 product sales of Experimental Plant grew by 44% against 2007 figures. Contractual commitments are discharged in full.
Production is focused on manufacture of 100% pre-fabricated modular oilfield service equipment.
The product range includes Gas Regulation Centers (GRP) and Modular Gas Distribution Stations (GRS), fuel gas conditioning units for compressor and power stations, electric coagulation water treatment stations VODOPAD, modular gas/condensate processing units (UKPG).
Experimental Plant is furnished with European-class equipment and machinery to ensure high quality of products, best ergonomics and safety.
Automatic oil/gas heaters, flare units, heat exchangers and separators, NADYM flow testers, chemical injectors, methanol pumping units for pipelines and annulus, and orifice flow meters are most popular items among Experimental Plant produce.
